He has performed appraisals for a variety of purposes including mergers and acquisitions, gift and estate taxes, divorce, management/shareholder buyouts, employee stock option plans, and various other purposes. Charlie serves clients in a range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, wholesale, and restaurants. He has also valued professional practices including accounting firms, legal practices, and medical and dental practices.

Charlie holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation issued by the CFA Institute. 

 

He earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona.
